Did the dimensions of the standard bed change throughout the years?
I just bought a 2009 Dodge Dakota Big Horn with a 6.5ft bed. I want to sell the cap/topper. I was wondering what other years had the same bed dimensions.
Also, is there a for sale section for the Dakota, or is that not allowed?

The bed dimensions changed slightly in 2005, so 2005 to 2011 are exactly the same. The cap from a 2004 and earlier does fit on a 05+ Dakota, but it is not perfect. So your 09 cap can most likely be mounted on a pre 05 Dakota, but it will not be perfect. Some members have done it, hopefully they'll chime in shortly.
