Default Hub bearing again or something else?

I'm back. The front ends on this truck are horrible.my mechanic told me I need upper ball joint again after I replaced them with moog ones about 40k miles ago. But anyways for another problem, I hear this whirring noise. Like you would hear on bad rotors or a bad hub bearing. The noise changes pitch when I turn the steering wheel. i jacked it up this afternoon and my drivers side wheel can move a quarter inch when holding in any position up down, left right. I will attach a crappy YouTube video I made if some play. You can see how bad it is in a few angles. It almost seemed like the lug nuts were loose but I took them off and retightened and that wasn't it.
Thanks.

Park it until you can get those bearings done.

then your bearing is pretty much shot. Or all the OTHER parts in the front end are shot.

With the noise, I'll bet wheel bearing.

A torque wrench is your friend.

Yes it was. I had that one replaced by Sears almost 2 years ago. The part was covered for free by them I just had to pay the labor for them to fix it, again... Hopefully it's done right this time.
