Default troubleshooting hesitation problem

hello all i have a 05 dakota quade cab with the 3.7 motor recently i was throwing code for #2 misfire but i realy didnt pay attention to it cuz soon as it warmed up light went out but at end of the week it came back on so i changed all plugs this cleared the light but now when its cold outside its hesitaion when accelaration and sounds like its almost backfiring in the intake so i dont have a fuel pressure gauge but thinking that it may may be the fuel pump going its runs fine on warm days but when its cold out is when i have this problem any ideas on problem thank you for your time and consideration ahead of time

sounds like a fuel issue, lately with the winter blend gas trucks have been having issues, I would run out this tank of gas, and toss in some really good hightest and see if this helps out, might be just water,
