Default Dakota Braking at 55 mph

Have a 2005 Dakota 4.7 litre with 63K. At 55 mph the wheels lock severly. Without seatbelt you could go thru the windshield. Ha! Had two codes po700 and po800. I do not believe these codes are a lead of any kind due to what I have read. Leaning on a bad torque convertor. Had a 27 point inspection today.... seen nothing, but it only took 20 minutes... Thanks
