Default Odometer codes?

Having searched High then Low and again High I can find no write up on the odometer codes showing up on my 2007 Dodge Dakota 2wd 6 speed.

Using a code reader there are no codes stored but if I use the key and read for codes on the odometer I get the readings, .319, c542, 5722, hr4059.

Try as I may I can find no where on the web what these codes are.

Is the check engine light on? Or is there something displayed on the instrument cluster? Is the truck running bad?

We need to know why you're searching in the first place. But hr4059 is 'Hours Run', so that's not a code at all.

And how old is your battery, a weak battery will mess with all sorts of electronics on these trucks, a replacement or PCM reset may clear up any issues that you are having.

FYI:
Here is a one post from 2007 with the same codes as you see, but it's his only post, so no solution or explanation at all.

Why? I think its my OCD!

There are no codes when using the OBD2, The battery is new within the last 6 months, The truck is running great. The Hours Run is what I Guessed but I can find no reference to it or the other codes on the internet.

So it just bugs me is the only reason I am looking for an answer.
