Default Help!! Possible ecm replacement?

B212D ignition run only imputed circuit open
P1684- battery loss in 50 starts
P0740- torque converter clutch solenoid circuit open
P0700- transmission control system (malfunction indicator lamp request)
These are all of the codes coming up on my 3.7 V6 2005 dodge dakota. This started a few weeks ago. My truck shifted into limp mode. I replaced the fuse box and replaced a 25v fuse (number 15) that goes to the tcm (25v trans/pcm). It fixed the problem. Then I hit a large bump and the fuse blew again sending the transmission into limp mode again. I've taped up the wires under neath the fuse box. And now I'm just at a loss for words. I don't know what to do next. I know it's not a mechanical problem though because if I do a hard reset on the battery without changing the fuse, the minute I start the truck up the check engine light comes on with the same codes and still in limp mode. It doesn't take time to realize something is wrong mechanically. I need ideas! Help!
