Default Shifting problem on '05 QC 4.7L 4X4, 5-45RFE

The truck will come out of overdrive while driving. Then when I stop, it won't shift down either. It seems to be staying in 4th gear. This problem just started this morning and when I shut the truck off for a few minutes, it doesn't go right back to the shifting problem. The service engine light came on with this problem also. Since I don't have access to a code reader, Idk what the DTC(s) are. Any help?

time for a transaxle service, fairly cheap. change fluids new filter and possibly a computer update. get it down right at the dealership

Took the truck to my mechanic. Throwing code P0750, it's the solenoid pack.
