Default Steering wheel clicking noise??

when I rock my steering wheel rapidly back and forth, say an inch in each direction, I get a weird clicking noise that sounds like it's coming from where the steering wheel mounts to the column. would a clock spring make that noise? the reason I ask is because I am having trouble with my cruise control like randomly turning off or is hard to get the cruise to come on and sometimes it will leave the light on but forget my speed setting like I hit the cancel button.

Hi travle,

Sorry to hear about your concerns with your vehicle. If you decide to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to offer assistance if needed. Just PM our page with your VIN and let me know!
