Default ABS module

Does anyone have any idea where to get a new ABS module for my 06 dak v8 quad cab. The dealership says the part is no longer available. I'm starting to get a little tired of Dodges lack of support for this truck.

Thanks. I'm not looking forward to finding a used one. Not too many Dakotas in the junk yards around So Cal and a little leery of buying on E-bay. but it needs to be done. Sad that Dodge has discontinued making parts like this, only 10 years after the start of the 3rd gen.

This platform had practically zero support from the outset. It is sad.

Damn. thats not a good sign. hope this isn't a common failure. i'm planning on flushing my brake fluid soon, it's been 5 years now. Maybe a little maintenance will help.

If it's really annoying, just disable the ABS system. Pull the fuses/relays. No lights in the dash, but, no ABS either. Just taking a step backward in braking technology.

If you have inspections though, they are likely going to want the ABS to be working.....

Probably different everywhere, but here, ABS or air bag lights won't fail inspection.
