Default 2015 Dakota front parking lightbulb replacement

Typo on the year. It's a 2005.

Any idea how to do this?
Per the Chilton, there's supposed to be an access door in the wheel well and there is not.
Thanks in advance!

Move down to the correct section. They stopped making the Dakota in 2011. Are you sure about the vehicle info you are providing?

There are two (or three, can't remember) screws (torx head) holding the headlight assembly in. One is on the inside edge of the light, accessible by opening the hood and moving a rubber flap out of the way. The other one (or two) are on the bottom edge. If you look straight on under the bottom edge of the light housing, you will see a small indent in the bumper cover that will allow you to get at that one. Then the housing pops out.

Here's a thread on it.

An easier way is to lay on the ground and reach up to the bulb, quarter turn, and replace the bulb. Super fast and easy.
