Default 06 Dakota Frozen accumulator

Hey fellas. Long time listener, first-time caller. So today I was checking my oil in my transmission fluid in my forearm touched my AC accumulator and the thing was frozen solid, ice cold. I started thinking about it and every time I shut my truck off it leaks about a gallon of water underneath my truck. I thought it was just the AC cooling off, it always makes a sound right after I turn off my truck like pouring water for about 10 seconds too. Sometimes it'll just sit there and click with my truck off and it's kind of weird but it's all making sense now so does anybody have any ideas? I did a little research and found out it's restricted airflow or it could be restricted airflow or a fin temp sensor?
