Default No heat help

My daughter in law has a 2005 Dakota and uses it to deliver mail. She also has 3 small children, the oldest of which is 8. Its freezing outside and I need to know how to replace the blend door actuator. There is no heat at all.

I've read you pull the glovebox to get at it. Thats all I've got.

I had an issue with mine as well, and upon looking at the service manual it looked to be a big job. I took the glove box out and tapped it with a screwdriver handle and it has been working since then.
