I use the junk 5w30 penzoil blend, change it out every 4500/5000 miles, at 215000 miles I'm starting to get a slight timing change rattle but after a minute or two it goes away.

Just updating.....Changed oil and filter the other day. Went with Quaker State 5W30 high mileage syn blend. I will be keeping an eye on it to see if I am losing any.
