I have had issues with trans acting like it is constantly shifting from drive to overdrive running about 45mph. So i flushed and changed fluid and fikter with stp atf+4 and replaced input and output speed sensors. It was working fine for about 80 miles, now the trans is in limp mode. It also seems like the torque converter shudders and makes and stuffing sound on acceleration. Any help would be really appreciated.

 

Take it to a trans shop for a diagnosis.

 

Did you use the spec'd Mopar filter or a jobber aftermarket filter? There is one component to never mess around with aftermarket stuff on, that is the transmission. Use only Mopar filters and only Mopar ATF+4. If you used anything else, dump the oil, trash the filters, redo the service properly.
