Fabbed Skid Plate and OEM Tow Hooks Installed
I put them on a while back; so, I don't recall exactly. But, I believe it lined up with a small hole. The screws are self-tapping, if I recall, and we used some thread lock as added insurance. The diagram shows them going into small holes in the frame. I won't be able to crawl underneath to take pictures until the weekend with work and all. But, I'll try to get something before Saturday night.
Sorry to dig up this old thread, but there is one Transfer Skid plate for sale, and for only $40.
It is for sale on another Dodge forum, DakDur. (Items for sale section)
Figure it out (Links not allowed here) and score it for a bargain. It's up in Massachusetts, he says looking for a local sale. Unless you convince him to ship the damn thing.

try dakota - durango. The seller is asking about $40 and you probably need to supply your own hardware, which you can get a Lowe's or Home Depot (probably other hardware stores, too).
