Unhappy Got some problems

I have a 2005 Dakota 4.7 with a 45rfe transmission is a 2006 Dakota same motor and transmission compatible interchangeable bolt pattern wise I had a little fluid blow back in my transmission when the water pump went I had it drained and it drove fine I live in New Hampshire in the southeast and when was real cold the transmission and started acting up and hasn't really came out of it I don't drive it but if I purchase this truck I'd like to know if everything's interchangeable or I need to find a another Dakota they're great tracks it's hard to let him go when it's my baby I put a lot of upgrades into the truck

2005/2006/2007 are all interchangeable. if your tranny is acting up, it maybe just a clogged filter. save money drop the pan and change all fluids and both filters. then take it for a ride but do this. start out with gear selector in lowest setting then work your way up the selector when you reach higher rpms. the tranny needs to relearn again.
