Default 2006 Dakota O2 Sensor issues

Hi,
I bought a 2006 Dodge Dakota, it has the check engine light on for two of my O2 sensors. Ive tried to clear the codes with my scanner but they won't go away, once I start the truck the light turns back on. I replaced the two sensors that were throwing the code, but that only removed the code for about a week in one of the sensors (Bank 2, sensor 2) and didn't do anything for the other one (Bank 1, Sensor 1). I got another replacement O2 sensor for Bank one but that didn't fix anything. Reading the live data it shows that both the bad O2 sensors have a steady 1.27 volts and it doesn't fluctuate at all. Could this mean that the O2 sensors aren't pairing properly with my truck (2006 Dakota V6 rwd SLT) or could it be a fuse or the ECM?

Are you using OEM sensors? These trucks like them the best, Bosch is the absolute worst choice.

Im not sure if the sensors are oem, my auto tech teacher ordered them, I thought that could be the problem at first but I don't think that non OEM sensors should turn on my Engine light as fast as its going on, every time I clear the codes the truck beeps and it comes back on, its almost like the truck isn't registering any sensors plugged in. I also tried to test the sensor by unplugging it and using a electric meter to see if there was any voltage being sent out by the sensor and there was nothing

Default Sew k

My 2000 4.7 L leaked powersteering fluid through pressure sensor wires, had to cut in new wires to get away from old "wet" ones which caused a millivolt difference making me use twice the normal fuel, and run fine, but carbon on snow.
replaced both sensors, runs like a champ

We're your wires oily on connectors?

I talked to my mechanic today, he checked the codes and says he thinks its the computer, he says I would be better off selling it now instead of fixing it then selling it, I never really planned on keeping the truck anyways because its 2wd, just got it really cheap so I couldn't pass it up so I'm going to throw a new spark plug in it and put it on CL, Thanks for the help though

the codes I got today were:
P0032 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1, Sensor 1) (twice, one pending)
P0004 - Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit High
P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0158 - O2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 2)
