Default Similar issue

I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota 4.7L and I replaced the compressor, Dryer, and the Orifice line from a kit. I have extremly high pressure on the high side and the orifice tube has frost on the outside. A mechanic I took it to thinks the tube is blocked.
Is there a way to fix this, maybe by evacuating the line?

Might want to start a fresh thread on this issue. Piggybacking on existing threads normally gets confusing.
