07 Dakota Misfire/rough idle
I have a 2007 Dodge Dakota SLT 4dr 4.7L Highoutput Flex-fuel with 185,xxx
When at stopped completely at stop signs and streetlights the engine rpms drop and fluctuate and sometimes stalls out. I have already replaced the idle air control valve and that helped for a little while but the problem is back. Also I taped up a split air hose. My oil is disappearing but there is no leak also. Not sure if this is related or not. Truck tends to stall or drop rpms more in city driving and does it in the cold and the warm/heat. Also got a check engine light for multiple misfire before I replaced IAC but am not getting one now. I have also tried putting heat and seafoam in the gas but I don't think this helped.
If anyone else has had this issue I would appreciate suggestions or fixes.
Thanks

First, it is a bunch of other truck owners, with jobs and lives, who get on here when they can and help out and learn. "Anyone?", less than 24 hours after you post your question doesn't engender you to the community.
Second, typing in "rough idle" to the search function yielded 150 results, somewhere in there is your answer, which I'm sure you are at least as capable of reading as everyone else.
I'm sure someone will eventually respond, but reading the searched posts would likely have solved your problem already or given you some things to test, and it could be fixed by now.
