Default 2006 Dodge Dakota electrical problem

I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota with 3.7L V6 engine.. Fuse # 36 keeps repeatedly blowing, mostly during hot summer weather.. When this fuse blows, the instrument cluster goes dead, the turn signals stop working, and the radio quits. The engine continues to run normally and I can keep driving normally.. But when I turn the engine off, it cranks normally, but won't start until I replace the blown fuse.. Then everything is normal until the next time this fuse blows.. Is anyone out there familiar with this problem?

It would be better to post this in the 3rd gen forum, but a quick google says fuse 36 is the ignition fuse. It's either a short somewhere, or a bad ignition switch.
