Default Back Passenger Window will not roll up

I have a 2008 Dodge Dakota 4x4 SXT. I recently have had an issue where my back passenger window will not roll up. The window lock is not engaged and it will not roll up from the driver's door either. I have taken the panels off and tested the switch. The switch operated my driver's passenger door fine. It rolled up and down. I removed the regulator and motor and tried it on the driver passenger door. It rolled up and down fine with the passenger door. I ordered a new regulator before trying this and it will work on driver passenger door but will not roll up on my back passenger window. I am at a loss as to what this could be. Again to recap: switch to window tested and is operational, the regulator and motor were tested and operational, window lock is not engaged. Window rolls down fine but will not roll up. My dad said it could be a common wire that is causing this but I am not sure.

You have a wiring problem. Will it roll DOWN with the switch?
