Default No start/transmission issue - 1 or 2 separate issues?

2006 Durango; cold start begin to drive and check engine light pops on, 10min later filled up gas tank, while driving to have CEL diaged after 9 miles, truck unexpectedly shuts off while driving, pull into parking lot, truck now will not start. Turns over, no start. Pull codes with Scanner get following codes; P0456; U1120, P0456; P0700; U1120; P0562; Looking under chassis drive shaft at rear diff has oil blown all around undercarriage. Q-do i have 2 separate issues or is the no start a symptom of the transmission issue. Is the transmission issues keeping the Fuel system from activating? Now when i turn key on i do not hear fuel pump pressurize.

Update; Battery is new. Run down checks, Gas Gauge works, but no Hmm from pump, Fuse - good, Relay-good, have spark. Now draining Gas tank to replace Fuel pump;

Ive read people having similar fuel pump issues at the same time they have a transmission issue/code, is it possible that the transmission code/issue would shut the fuel pump down, is this possible? or am i chasing down 2 unrelated issues?

Probably two separate issues. I don't think the engine really cares what the trans is doing.
