Default Beating a dead horse (another thread about lift)

Springs or spacers? I've been wanting to level my truck and get that much wanted stance. As it stands it's a stock 2006 Dakota R/T sitting on 17's with 31" rubber. I do get tire rub when turning hard hence the wanting to raise the front. Truck needs new struts and shocks, they're old and there is noticeable bounce and roll. So if i'm replacing struts and shocks and working in that general area wouldn't it be easier and cheaper just to buy new front springs instead of strut spacers which generally runs $100 -$200 CAD. I'm thinking a cleaner look too. So the question is "taller spring with taller strut?" has anybody attempted this on a 3rd Gen Dak?

I don't remember any taller springs or struts being available, but a few DF members have installed the
Monroe Quick Struts. Monroe Quick Struts.
It may create a slight lift being that they're new, (A few reviewers say that id does), but I cannot confirm that in any way.
