Default Truck dies at random, 05 laramie

Thank you to anyone that can help me to figure out this issue and getting it solved. I've taken my truck in to be looked at by 3 master mechanics. And all are at a lost.

So around 2 months ago after stopping and putting my truck into park while the engine was running, I went in the store for about 10 mins and came back out, started to drive and all the lights and the engine shut off. I put the truck back in park and it restarted just fine. Now since then I've had complete shutdown even while driving on the highways in traffic doing about 5 to 15 miles.
Another issues is when going from a stop or turning the truck will seem like it's pausing to think about going and then will lurch forward and then start driving fine again. When I bring it in to have this looked at we can never replicate the problem.
I've had many codes pop up but then they will clear on the next restart and when you try to pull the code it's not in the computer any more.

We have tested the alternator, battery and check all plugs. It usually sits in the 1 to 1.5k rmp range when sitting and driving around 1.5 to 3k.

Mine was stalling a few years ago. When I was creeping along usually, sometimes when I'd come to a stop. It cleared up on it's own after 2 weeks or so.

I wish that was the case for mine. Issue has been going on for over 4 months.

I would pull the throttle body and purchase a new IAC for it, go oem. as for the TB, probably a lot of carbon built up, might be nice and black inside, give it a good cleaning ad reinstall everything. see how it goes.
