Default Tonneau Questions

I bought a 2008 Laramie Crew Cab that has the "utility track" aluminum track on the truck bed but no type of tonneau cover. I bought a gently used tri-fold tonneau, made by Lund.

Can anyone tell me what are these 4 plastic things that are screwed into the utility track? See red arrow.

Those are movable tie-down points. Loosen the handscrew, slide it to where you need it, hook your favourite tie-down into the loop or tie it to the wings.

I have the utility rack and a bed cap on mine. Works fine. My 2006 had a tonneau, but I find the cap much more useful.

Well, now that it's pointed out, yes it looks obvious. But it's my first truck so I hope you guys can cut me a tiny bit of slack.

Hahaha.....no worries. It's when we don't give you a hard time that you should be worried...
