A couple of guys tried those plugs with bad results (misfires), I'd stay away from them.

I had the E3 diamond fires in my dakota. it felt great for a while, then i started getting a misfire. i waited so long to switch back to normal plugs that i clogged the catalytic converter on the passenger side. So i had on and off misfires for a while until i figured it out. I did a treatment with seafoam, and never had issues afterwards. I now do a treatment on all my vehicles every spring, just to clean the upper valve train. Especially my Sorento which has a direct injection turbo engine.
