06 Dakota Transmission Code
06 Dodge Dakota V8 2wd automatic trans
First issue was with a p0700 and P0882. Cleared the codes and then several more appeared: P0700, P0882, P0876, P0988, P0871, P0846, P0934. All dealing with fluid pressure sensor range and performance. Traced down a bad alternator since the truck was also having issues with headlights staying bright. Replaced the alternator and still the P0700 and another random pressure sensor code will come up. Last one was P0700 and P0988.
The code for P0700 and P0988 came right after I started the truck and put the truck into gear. When I put the truck into gear the truck jerked and then had to get the truck up to 2000 RPMs before it would move forward. The truck drove like it should and did not go into limp mode. Just acceleration took a lot to get moving. The truck has this issue when it jerks after I put the truck into gear right after I start up the truck.
Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix the issue?
