Default No Dash lights, no crank

I have 2006 Dakota V8 which ran perfect Friday then on Saturday I go to start my truck and there is no dashboard lights, no crank, so I figured I left the lights on and killed the battery. I have a battery tester and the battery is good and fully charged. The situation never changed even when I tried to boost it, still no crank. Could it be as simple as fuse? Please anyone.

I would definitely check the fuses first, all of them one by one.

Your battery may be so degraded that even with a jump, it no longer passes enough continuity through it to allow the electrical system to carry the amount of amperage a jump requires...even if the battery may be still reading sufficient voltage.

How old is the battery? Even the results from a battery "tester" used on these trucks sometimes seems to be deceiving.
