Default outer tie rod end jam nut

Trying to change my outer tie rod ends and the passneger side nut is not budging.. I've tried pb blaster, heating it up, etc. I'm about ready to just grind it off, but before that I want to know what size it is (thread type etc.) and can't seem to find this info on line.

my tie rod end blew apart the ball came out of the end and part was still bolted to the wheel hub, the other part just hanging there so I have almost zero leverage to work with. any tricks or tips before I get out the grinder?

if the problem is the stud is spinning....if you have a 2 jaw puller or a tie rod end remover...you can use it to wedge the ball tight into the knuckle so it won't spin as you remove the nut.
you can try to wedge a long pry bar on the control arm and lever it under the Ball end of the broken tie rod...this would help stop it from turning.

Yea didnt have any of that stuff. I cut the nut off, and now it seems no one stocks a replacement. It looks like an m15 x 1.5 but all I can find are m14 and m16. I have not checked the dealer yet, just every hardware and auto shop in my town. Thanks for the tips though.

at this point I'm about ready to just buy a new inter tie rod, since it comes with a jam nut. (really feel like that should be part of the tie rod end package but whatever.)

Try lowes, or home depot. Or pretty much any hardware store..... I get lots of odd and strange fasteners at Lowes.

none of my locals had it, but after changing the driver side tie rod end, it was obvious the passenger side tie rod is bent, so I had to order a new any ways. I think the bend was the real reason I couldnt get it to budge, the drivers side was a 5 minute job.
