Crank no start

2006 Dodge Dakota V8 will not start up we have changed the fuel pump module assembly spark plugs battery hoses battery terminals and it will not crank over but will not start what could be the problem

Have you verified fuel pressure and spark? What were the events leading up to the no start situation?
