There were some issues with vibration at 60+ mph. That's been the main issue. Most of the time it turns out to be the wheels. If you get it brand new, make sure that you order newer wheels with it.
There was suppose to be some kind of recall for the steering column. That's all I know of.
Otherwise, these trucks a durable as all get out. I love my truck and its the second Dakota I've owned. I'll probably never change to another truck, unless if Dodge in all of their great wisdom, discontinues them or something.

there is also a weather stripping issue on the QCs. On the right rear side window, they seem to be loose or not glued on right. Nothing major, just make sure you catch it if you can.
Just minor things that were missed @ the factory,other that that I love my truck.
If I was you I would get the new R/T,man now they look really sweet,I wish I waited.
