Default 3" suspension lift

I've been driving on my level kit for about a year with nearly 10k miles on it. I have noticed some increased wear to the tie rod ends, but nothing much beyond that. I just put 265/75R16 Mud Claw Extremes on in December. So far I am pleased with the tires.

My biggest issue that I have to deal with on a regular basis is mud. I live, work and play in and around the river bottoms, fields, and woods of South Central Illinois. I still wish to use my truck on the daily as a work truck after doing a SAS, I just need more ground clearance than what can be easily obtained with the current "stock" IFS. "Custom" work shops in my area are only able to bolt on after-market parts and do little to no actual custom work. I have been able to locate a shop that is willing to take on the work, they ask that I source all the major parts. Which leads me to being here in the forums... searching for information and scratching my head....
I have the 3" suspension lift on my 06. Several thousand miles later with 33s mud tires and I'm fine. No issues of wear. Just got my 3" body lift in the mail and will install in a week or two when work dies down.

Yes I did have to trim the inner wheel wells but that was easy. A little frame rub too but used a 1/4" spacer spacer. It only runs at full lock. Going another 3" on the body so I can install the 2 inch wheel spacers because I do like the bully dog look and I want fender flares too. Wider stance equals great stability. And since a Raptor isn't in the budget, I'll make my own.
