Default New Magnaflow Catback Drone

So I just installed my new magnaflow exhaust and it sounds incredible but it has had very loud droning on in the cab. Been trying to figure out what has been causing it and today I decided to flip up my tri-fold tonneau cover (was fully closed and latched) and it fixed most of the harsh resonating in the cab. Has anyone experienced this issue and is there any other way to quick fix this issue without installing a resonator? I like my cover

I was getting a lot of droning from my Gibson exhaust until I flashed my truck with the Hypertech 2000 programer. Now I get minimal drone, more power, better mpg, and my truck cruises at a lower rpm.
