Default Bleed ABS brakes on a 2007 Dakota.

Need help with bleeding the ABS brakes on my 2007 Dakota 3.7, four-wheel drive. I have an Autel Maxi Check that will do it, but I don't understand what the screen wants me to do, I don't want to make it worse. I've posted a picture below of what the screen is offering. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No there isn't, they give you a general instruction using Ford as an example but that doesn't help us Dodge folks. I'm going to check out their website to see if there isn't more info available. Was hoping someone on this forum has used this tool or one similar and could give me some guidance. Thanks for the response.

HI Jack, you are on the wrong function. You want to select "7 Special Function" then choose 1 Bleed brakes. It is best to have someone assist you because during the procedure you need to hold the brake pedal down while bleeding out the wheel cylinder. I just did this about a month ago using the same programmer. worked well, just follow the on screen instructions. Good luck.

Thanks, Bajabob. I did that last night, had my wife help. The first time I did it only had me do the right front, which I thought was odd. We did it a second time and it had me do the right front and right rear didn't have me do the left side at all, odd. Feels good until I turn the truck on then the pedal will drop about 2 or 3 inches when pressed. Think I'm going to give it another try tonight and see what happens.

Do you know what the functions showing on the picture of the MaxiPro are for?

Thanks again,
Jack

This is from the 2005 Dakota Factory Service Manual, which you can download and save for free in the link below (Above my picture.).
