Nasty Plug
Not trying to be a weenie, but you know what they say about assumptions...
I believe the Flex had 2 plugs per cylinder, for a total of 16 plugs. Also, it seems to be anyone's guess as to what spark plug they shipped with. The Jeep forums always have someone who puts in platinums and then starts having issues almost right away, and then blames some other fault. The Ram forums have a lot of people who also claim that their engines shipped with iridium (no way to verify this, since you are taking the internet at face value), and they list every problem under the sun before swapping plugs.
Besides, copper plugs are cheap. If they make your problem go away, beauty. If not, at least you can rule out the plugs.
I'm no expert, neither are most people on here, so believe what you want.

Also, quick research shows that it was 16 plug, though different part numbers for the top bank and lower bank. So you need 2 different sets of 8, and again, I recommend the stock plugs (ie, something with a Mopar PN)
