I had that issue before with my 2006 Dakota. I had replaced the o2 sensors with new ones but the new sensors I got were bad and it cause it to run rough, and have very poor fuel mileage. I was getting around 7 mpg in the city and around 10 on the highway. after I replace the sensors with good ones, it fixed the issue.
