Need help leaf spring 09 dakota

Default Need help leaf spring 09 dakota

Looking for any help i can get been looking everywhere. Trying to find the rear leaf spring mount to frame. Looks like its welded on compared to 2nd gen. Was hit on the side and snapped it off the frame. Trying to replace it but cant find one to work. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Is the one that snapped off damaged too much to be welded back?

You are probably going to have to find a frame damaged Dakota out of a junkyard and cut out the section of frame you need. When you get it home you can probably grind the welds off to remove and put on your truck.

Or do a coilover, four link conversion. Woohoo!

I didnt think of that. Coilover conversion and still be able to use the original rear end?
