Default Engine control module needed

Mechanic confirmed ECM is bad. Traced out & confirmed what dealer was saying. For 05 Dodge Dakota w/ 3.7 ltr v6. No longer available from Dodge

I've used carcomputerexchange.com and maybe it was just the one they sent me, but after putting it in the truck ran like utter slop, put the old one back in and it ran like normal (except for issue of blowing coil packs. which ended up being a short in the wireharness from the ECU to the coil and not the ECU it self) They also only refund part of your cost if you just return it (they have a
restocking / testing fee" ended up being nearly half the amount I paid.. so yea. not sure if the ones from NAPA are any better but it could be easier to deal with a local parts store.

I've used an ebay company called "All Computer Resources" via eBay in the past with very good results.

Just keep your receipts and documentation in case of a warranty.
