I have the Auto MaxiCheck Pro with ABS bleeder support. I believe it was a couple hundred dollars online. Pretty straight forward on the programming of the ABS module. Just plug it into the OBDII port and follow the instructions in the manual. There are also a few videos on YouTube on how to do it. All in all, it is pretty easy to replace and reprogram.

Great. I did a search on Google and it seems these units are out of stock everywhere. Does anyone know if the Foxwell NT630 is a suitable alternative? Somewhere in the $100-200 range would be great.

Thanks!

Bump.

Anyone have a recommendation on a scanner that will do ABS programming? Something in the $100-200 range? Must work on 3rd gen Dakota, thanks!!

Hello:

Sorry to revive this thread from the dead, but I'm experiencing the same issue with my '08 Dakota.

Did you end up purchasing the Autel Maxicheck Pro? if so, did this fix the issue with your Dakota? The scanners are readily available online, and I'm tempted to purchase one just to keep a few used ABS modules in my shelf due to the unavailability of the part as new from the dealer.

Unfortunately, there are no new units available for our trucks.
Bajabob: I had sent you a PM to ask you some questions about the module swap.

Thanks
