Default Need heater help

I have a 2008 Dakota and there is a control module on top of the heater box right behind the radio area. The temperature control **** when moved to the coldest position causes this module to clip constantly. If I move the temp **** one notch up it quits. I have taken out the glove box and verified this module is making the noise. My only question is how do you get it out?? Do I have to take the heater box loose????? Anyone know the part number for that module or is there something else causing the clicking noise?
By the way it is a 4 x 4 SXL with 4.7 engine.

That could be the blend door actuator. The info about it and how to remove and reinstall is located in the factory service manual. It can be downloaded here:
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...-and-more.html

The relevant info is in 24 - 117, or page 5118. A more thorough explanation on operation and diagnosis can be found in 24 - 7, or page 5008. A new one can be sourced from your local parts store or rockauto.com. if purchasing from rockauto, look online for a 5% discount code before you purchase.
