Default 2007 Dodge Dakota Starting issues

My sons 2007 Dakota has issues starting, he turns the key, and it tries to turn over. He will turn the key off and try to turn it over again and it starts up, we have changed the fuel pump, Fuel injectors, Spark plugs, Starter and nothing is fixing the issue....... Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does it just crank? Crank slow? Not crank at all?? Or does it just not fire?

It just cranks and like I said he turns the key completely to the off and then goes straight to start it again and it turns over.

Try cycling the key a couple times, then starting it. Anything change?

This happens every time he tries to start it, no matter how many times he cycles the key

since it cranks, it needs three things to start. air, fuel and spark. Techically it needs 4 things, compression.

have you checked that you do have fuel pressure at the fuel rail? are the injectors correctly firing? are you sure you are getting spark? is the throttle body clear and moving freely? are you getting any codes? even with a few cylinders with low compression, it should still start. my old v6 started and moved under it's own power once when we had to move it while changing the spark plugs. it had 2 plugs out, 2 cylinders without the coils plugged in and only one set connected. So it should start even if only a few cylinders are working correctly, especially if the good ones are on a cylinder pair
