Default Trans fluid leaking

Hi there, I have owned this Dakota for around 7 months and recently have noticed lots of leaks in the snow. After getting a few things fixed my trans cooler lines appear to be leaking. But I have taken it to a mechanic twice who cannot replicate the leaking nor locate where it might be coming from. They said they ran it a test drove after adding fluid with no issue and upon picking the car up there was no fluid dripping. I took the truck and tested it on the highway and upon hitting 60mph the trans skipped felt like driving over multiple speed bumps. But I let the truck slow down and then went back over 60 but could not get it to happen again. When I arrived home sure enough trans fluid dripping off hoses. Does anyone have any ideas?
thanks
first two pics are before taking it in and last photo is after picking it up.
