I have an 05 3.7 and it is idleing high, about 1500 rpm . I changed the iac but still idleing high, checked for emmissions leak and didnt find one. my scanner says my TP is 13.7 % engine running and no throttle given. should it read 0.00% with no throttle,just idleing is it bad? or is 13% allowable? thanks
