Question Hearing tapping from transmission housing

Hi all, trying to chase down an issue and not having any luck. Shop has had my Dakota for several weeks now.

Backstory: About six months ago bought a 2008 TRX4 with the 4.7L in it cheap. Did a motor swap as the original suffered the valve seat drop. Found a new Mopar reman motor at a discounted price as the original purchaser ended up ditching his project. After the swap, I kept hearing a"tapping" sound, but was only noticeable after dropping into gear and giving a slight throttle. During driving, there was an additional issue of an occasional squeal on downshift from overdrive. Tried chasing both down and concluded the squeal was from the transmission and using a ChassisEAR to listen to different parts of the motor, concluded there was a transmission issue. Took it to a local reputable shop, they diagnosed and agreed. We did a transmission swap with a Jasper reman and after driving a bit, concluded that the squeal upon downshift was fixed, the the tapping remains. Transmission shop still has the vehicle and has 4 other mechanics in from other shops listen and they are stumped as well. The best consensus is something in the valve train, but I spent the past months checking and rechecking lifters and rollers and they are all good.

So, here is where I am looking for some thoughts. I am attaching an audio file from the ChassisEAR from the channel which was clipped directly on the transmission just behind where the bell housing connects. I am also attaching a YouTube video to compare the sound to for other opinions. Sounds similar to me and I am wondering if the tensioner may have gotten stuck somehow since the reman motor sat for quite a while before I installed, and it took me like 3 oil changes in the first 1k miles to get rid of what appeared to be all the assembly lube and get nice clean oil.

Ok, watched the video. They are talking about a sensor in the engine, right under the timing cover...... Is that the noise you are hearing?
