Default No voltage to AC comp clutch

so my ac coil, I believe was freezing up, it would blow cold air for a long time then hardly any air coming out of vents, blower still running, so I would cut the ac off and after a while with the blower still on it would start coming out of the vents again, turn ac on and it was cold air for awhile, so I thought low freon and I hooked up one of those advance auto freon cans with the gauge and it showed in the green, like it was good, so I added some to get the ndl towards the higher part of the green on the gauge, now my clutch doesnt engage, so I bled out freon til it was showing where the ndl on the gauge was to start with but nothing, replaced the HP switch beside the radiator, nothing, went through all fuses, switched ac relay around with the same relay, nothing, so I unplugged the ac clutch and checked voltage on the harness side, cant get anything there, any more things I can do

Wow. What an overly complicated system....... This is another bad case of 'technology for the sake of technology.."

Anyway, there is a pressure transducer, apparently, and it sends a signal to the Front Control Module, which then tells the pcm whether it should turn on the a/c compressor..... Likely gonna need a scanner to properly troubleshoot this one.....

Two fuses involved, both in the IPM under the hood. Fuse 7, 10amp, is the control circuit for the a/c clutch relay. (hot in run) Fuse 11, is the fuse for the power feed to the a/c clutch. also 10amp. This one is hot at all times.
