Whoa here....the forum isn't quite like instant messaging.
I just took delivery of an 06 Dakota QC 4.7L Magnum and just turned 500 miles. No such problems have come up and when I took delivery my sales rep and I went over all the fluid levels etc under the hood. All were as they should be.
If you are having a loss of fluid, something is definitely wrong and you should take it back and have it checked. Perhaps the vibration you encounter may be some of the 'lost' fluid getting sucked into the intake. At least throw that out to the dealer so that he will have to road test it and not just static test it in the shop.
Good luck and keep us posted. This new a vehicle should not have a problem.
