So, I was looking on CarDomain...
I saw all these club cabs with no rear seats, now how in the world, did they do that? (Main question) I am looking to do that, mainly cuz I wanna put a simple glassed sound system in the back, and at least keep one of the rear seats.... is there a way to remove only one portion rear seat, or no? (minor question)
lol

Why not keep both seats and do a stealth box? Basically, its a fiberglass or mdf box that forms to the bottom of your truck and hides under the rear seats. These can be built for about $100 and can be bought for about $250. I priced the building materials a little high, only because each person has a different idea of what they want to do.
You'd remove that stupid tool box case under the rear seats in the clubcab and put the subs there instead. It allows you to still keep the seating in case you need it, along with a place to throw sh*t like clothes or groceries or beer!
This is a homemade box, and its not high quality, but it will give you an idea of what I am talking about....

Save the picture to your computer and open it up with a photo program. The picture is too big to be viewed at its full size on here.
Also, bigger subs dont always make for better sounds...I ran two 12's in a car that out thumped several 15 and 18 inch subs at a competition....

nono... i dont mean bigger like 15s I mean like I have two Rockford Fosgate Power HX2 12s right now... they have like massive motor structures. and they weigh 53 pounds each. Thats what I mean by bigger. I am looking to get either a JL W7 13 or something of a similar setup.
