I just got done today painting my headlights on an 05. I've taken apart a lot of headlights in my day (evo, eclipse, supra glass headlights, wrx etc) These were the easyest by far to do, and for the record there the cheapest made ones I've don yet too. I didn't take the round rubber piece off, the compound they use for that doesn't come close to melting at 200 degrees. I always make sure the lights are clean before I put them in. I preheated the oven to 200 degrees and put the lights in for 15 min, when you pull them out you have to work quick before the glue sets up again. Just pull back the tabs as you pull from one side, don't try to pull it off even, thats not gonna work.

P.S. Its a little hot on the hands but nothing you'll need gloves for. Unless your a sissy!

yeah, my driver side headlight is out of line. Its aimed downward now, and we cant figure out how it did it, we even took the headlight out again and looked at it and we couldnt get the headlight centered again. lol. i guess i will HAVE to buy the nite runner headlights now. oh well, my buddy said he will help me pay for half of it since he helped screw it up.
There's a silver screw on the inner part of the headlight fixture in between the 2 mounting screws, turn that to align the headlight
