Uhmm.... go to http://www.texonstore.com/servlet/StoreFront H13s for the headlights, and H10s for the fog lights. They make a HUGE difference.

I went to the link u posted, and almost purchased this bulb. My question is though is the 29.95 for 1 bulb, or 1 pair of bulbs. Just wanted to be sure.

OK, ordered my bulbs today. Now maybe someone can help me figure out how to get my headlight off. I have tried before and only ended up finding one of the torx screws.

Dont adjust the torx. That is for the headlight alignment.

Above and below the torx screw there are regular phillips screws holding it in... They are kinda deep in there so look hard. And then at the bottom of the headlamp there is one. Look for a little half circle cut out of the bottom of the headlamp, and you will find the bottom screw. Hope this helps.

Maybe this will help taken from the Service manual, Also I believe it explains it in your Owner's manual as well. I was not able to copy the picture.

REMOVAL
LAMP
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the three screws (3) that secure the
inboard and lower mounts of the front lamp unit (1)
to the front fender headlamp bracket (4).
3. Grasp the lamp firmly and pull straight forward to
disengage the ball stud (2) on the back of the
upper outboard corner of the lamp from the plastic
grommet (7) in the fender bracket.
4. Pull the lamp away from the front fender far
enough to access and disconnect the two wire harness
connections (6) from the headlamp bulb and
the front park/turn signal/side marker bulb socket
on the back of the lamp.
5. Remove the front lamp unit from the fender.
