Default my truck goes under the knife

ok, yesterday i was detailing my truck and noticed a small chip of paint missing right by my driverside headlamp.

the chip was straight through to the metal body...i looked closer and saw that the paint was PEELING, like it started to bubble and is now ready to strip my whole fender of paint!

i took it to dodge and showed them, so they said they would cover it. Now i have to drop off my truck tommorrow and im gonna miss her alot. Ill take pictures of the chip here in a minute.

i sure hope this isnt like the "dakota/dodge white paint eppidemic" of the early 90's where the paint chips off very easily [:@]

so anyways, keep an eye out for paint chipping off/bubbling/cracking.

just thought id inform you guys

Default RE: my truck goes under the knife

I got a piece of paint missing on my passenger side (factory) front mud flap

I was rinsing the truck off back in November or December at a quarter wash and a chunk flew right off!!!

It's right at the top of the "mud flap" and the dealer said they'd cover it.....I would just have to leave it there for a couple days since they have to repaint that one.
Just gotta get around to leaving it there...lol
